Can I wear my jewellery in the shower?
It is best that you avoid moisture and getting your jewellery wet. We advise taking off your jewellery before getting in the shower, jumping in a pool and removing before going go to the gym. We have written a blog on how to care for your Mabijou jewellery, we think this will be really helpful! 

How long do I have to return an item?
You can exchange or refund your item within 14 days.

What happens if the item is sold out and I want to place an order? 
Some items may be more popular times, however we endeavour to restock as quick as possible. If we are unable to restock we will be getting in contact with you. Feel free to email us so we can fill your order at our earliest.

What happens if my order is damaged, incorrect or missing? 
If any of the above happen to your order. Please get in contact with us via email.

Can I add additional products to an existing order?
Once an order has been placed and shipped we are unable to add. If your first order has not been shipped please get in contact with us by email. We will try to add additional items to your order.

What is your Refund and Exchange Policy?
We offer 14 days for customers to refund and/or exchange. If the item is a manufacturing fault, please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy.
