RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS

We hope that you love your new purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, simply return your item(s) by contacting us at hello@mabijou.com.au with your proof of purchase within 14 days after your purchase was shipped. If everything checks out, we will credit your original payment method, within 7 days. We absolutely love and adore our customers, so we ask that you care for us too by following the below conditions of return:

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging (unworn and unused).
• Earrings cannot be returned for change of mind.
• If you do not have proof of purchase, we are happy to exchange your items.
• You may be asked to provide personal details for returns and exchanges for verification purposes.
  
  

EXCHANGES 

We hope that you love everything that you purchase from us, but if you decide that you want a different colour, size or style then simply contact us at hello@mabijou.com.au within 14 days after your purchase was shipped with your proof of purchase and we will exchange for items of equal value or more. 

Please note, exchanges are subject to online availability - if your item is not available at the time of processing your exchange, you will receive a refund or an online credit, dependent on whether the returned item was full price or sale. We cannot pre-order or hold stock. 

FAULTY ITEMS

We handpick and double, triple check your items before sending, but if you happen to find a faulty item that you have purchased, please contact us via hello@mabijou.com.au within 14 days of the item being shipped.

You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from Mabijou if the item is:

• (a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or 
  
  
• (b) Not 'of merchantable quality', meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or 
  
  
• (c) Not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would, and you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide Mabijou with proof of purchase

If you do not return the item within 14 days, you will not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price, but you will be entitled to exchange the goods.
